Return and Exchange Process
- Return and Exchange Conditions: Returns are only accepted if the outer packaging of the received product is damaged or if there are quality issues with the product. Please contact our customer service center within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Refund Information
- Refund Processing: Generally, we will process your refund to your payment account within 15 business days after confirming the return request.
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will be based on the actual payment amount.
- Refusal of Goods: If the customer refuses to accept the goods after shipment, the round-trip shipping costs will also be borne by the customer.
- Return of Free Gifts: If the order includes free gifts, please return the free gifts along with the main product. If the free gifts are not returned, the retail value of the free gifts will be deducted from the refund.
- Promo Codes and Store Credits: Once a return or refund is processed, any related promo codes or store credits cannot be reused.
- Special Promotional Products: For add-on products, bundle discounts, etc., if the return results in a failure to meet the promotional terms or amounts, the retained products will revert to their original price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
